Fees for Services

Fees and payment arrangements will be discussed during your initial consultation.

further discuss adjusting the fee rates to meet your current situation.  We also offer reduced rates when working when associate clinicians.  We want

to work with you and the costs associated with maintaining your mental health should not be a part of the stress.

Fees for Contracted Services

The fee for an Adoption Home Study assessment report will be determined by contractual agreement on a per unit basis.  Interested

agencies should contact us at (800) 488-3414 to discuss.

Confidentiality                                                                                                                                                                                                 As a client in a therapeutic relationship, you have the right to expect and receive a professional relationship in our work together.

The State of California and the National Association of Social Workers code of ethics, in general, protects the confidentiality between a
client and a psychotherapist as the nature of therapy relies on the development of trust in the work between client and therapist.                                                                                                 However, there are some situations in which your therapist is required by law to release information you have disclosed to assure your                                                                                    safety and the safety of others.

These exceptions are as follows:

*If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s.

*Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse

*If a client intends to harm himself or herself

*A judge court orders information to be released

Should any of the above circumstances occur, we will make every effort to discuss the situation with our clients so that their rights to

privacy are understood and protected. It is of great importance that the trust be maintained in our therapeutic relationship and we will

do my best to keep your information safe and private.
