Geoff Graham is a therapist at Fields Family Services who works with individual adults and adolescents, as well as couples and families. Geoff uses a dynamic therapeutic approach to help his clients identify patterns that are preventing growth. He is particularly skilled at using mindfulness and meditation-based therapies to aid the people he works with, when appropriate.
Geoff Graham came to this line of work after many years in the arts and entertainment world when he began volunteering with individuals suffering from anxiety and depression. After receiving his Master’s in Social Work from the University of Maryland, he has devoted himself to working with people from different ages and backgrounds to heal in ways that empower them. This work has lead him as far and wide as a psychiatric facility in Southern India, to an adolescent substance abuse group in Baltimore City, to working on the streets of Los Angeles with homeless individuals. He is excited to be a part of the holistically-minded team at FFCS.
